An "express" lunch hour class to warm and energize your body and mind

Friday 5:30-6:00am "YogaVibe"
Yoga practice meets vibration training. Short constructive rest/meditation follows class from 6-6:10am.
Pre-registration and payment required. No drop-ins please.

Saturday 11:30am-12:30pm "Hatha for Everybody"
Truly a class that is suitable for anyone. Beginners and seasoned yogis are invited to explore and deepen their practice in a non-competitive, easy-going atmosphere. Special drop-in rate of $10 for this class only!
