Great Vibrations Tampa Kickboxing is for beginners or anyone looking to get in shape, improve their fitness, learn self-defense and improve self-confidence.
We keep our classes small so we can focus on you and your physical development. You are a member, not another number.

At Great Vibrations Tampa Kickboxing, we offer several styles of Martial Arts classes, Personal training, Youth martial arts, Fitness programs, and much more...

Class times are:

  • Mon, Wed 11am,12pm, 6pm, 7pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday 5 am, 6 am, 11 am, 6 pm, 7 pm
  • Wed 8 pm
  • Friday 7 am
  • Saturday, 12pm-Pure Strength. 45min of high-intensity training. Combination of Full-body exercises + Calisthenics.
  • Sunday, 12 pm- Pure Skill. 45min of high-intensity training. Combination of Reaction time, agility drills, balance, and coordination exercises, Jump rope, and foot movements drills.

Pricing is based on 6 month or 12-month commitment.

Meal plans are not included but can be purchased separately.

*Gloves and Hand wraps are required before training. Gloves and Hand wraps can be purchased on-site at the gym or at Dicks sporting goods.
