Small Group Personalized Fitness Training

Experience the difference whole body vibration makes to your overall well being including weight loss, improving flexibility, reducing pain, toning muscles and increasing circulation. In our 30 minute small group sessions, one of our trainers is there is guide, support and motivate the group through the day's its a new workout everyday! We show you how to properly perform each exercise as well as ensure proper form and help adjust for any physical limitations. You also get the benefit of the "Vibe Tribe" as we call it....a friendly supportive atmosphere of people on their own fitness journey. Our membership/per session options provide an affordable way to get the guidance and support you need to succeed in FINDING YOUR FIT.

One on On Personal Training

Work one on one with our trainer for 30 or 60 minutes. We are happy to accommodate you with individualized whole body vibrations workout created specifically for you. These sessions are one on one and therefore not included in our membership pricing. Membership can upgrade a session to one on one for an additional $25 for 30 minutes. Non-members can do one on one session for $35 for 30 minutes. All one on one session must be booked by calling us at 515-805-7432.
